On the last day of the regular season, the Sarnia Sting and Flint Firebirds wrap up their regular seasons by finishing off the second half of a home-and-home series that saw Flint take the first game 8-4.

The Sting have a record of 27-33-5-2, and sit in seventh place in the Western Conference. They will begin their first-round playoff series against the Saginaw Spirit later in the week. The tenth-place Firebirds have a 16-45-6-0 record, and this will be their final game of the 2018-19 OHL season.
